Movie Review - The Polar Express

A new Section to my Blog :)

Seeing as how I love movies soooo much I thought I would start a movie review section. Please keep in mind that these are only my opinions so if you don't agree I don't really care! :)

First movie Review is for - The Polar Express (in IMAX 3D) I must give credit to another review that I read on Rotten Tomatoes by Ross Anthony in which he said "The filmmakers shake up this Christmas scene snowy glass ball and, through the magic of 3-D, allow you to step inside as the snow silently falls."

This movie was beautiful and truly enjoyable. The storyline was solid and the animation went beyond anything I've seen before (except for maybe the "Final Flight of the Osiris" which was incredible!) I would recommend this movie to anyone, especially families that are looking for a special holiday treat. My only suggestion is to go ahead and spend the extra couple of dollars to see it on IMAX in 3D. This is the only way this movie should be seen.

My Cdnblogger rating for this movie is 9/10 cans of XS (if you don't know what those are you should be asking.. ;)

Off to Vancouver...

Well it's finally official. Andrea and I will be heading off to Vancouver at the start of next month. I'll be heading out first because the first 5 days of the trip will actually be work for me (ugh) but Andi's going to join half way through and then we'll be able to sight-see for the last 4 days that we're there.

We're both pretty excited since neither of us have ever been out there, So...........

If anyone has any great hotels, or things that they consider a "must-see" in Vancouver please Post your comment below...
